This includes maintaining compliance with health department regulations and corporate policies on cash control and security.
Additionally, this role involves a proactive approach to employee relations, coaching, and professional growth, fostering a motivated and capable workforce. The General Manager is responsible for talent acquisition, staff retention, and ongoing development through structured training programs and individual development plans. They are also tasked with managing administration functions such as payroll, financial reporting, invoice processing, and staff scheduling.
The work environment requires physical stamina, readiness to engage in restaurant operations during peak periods, and the ability to navigate potential workplace challenges such as extreme heat or wet conditions. Candidates must be comfortable using various technology platforms, including point of sale systems and learning management software, and be willing to lead franchise training programs and support new restaurant openings. The position offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes competitive wages, paid vacation and sick leave, medical and dental insurance, vision and accident coverage, cell phone reimbursement, commuter benefits, parental leave, and meal discounts at corporate restaurants.
Overall, this General Manager opportunity is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is enthusiastic about leading teams to operational excellence and business success.
