Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 pounds regularly
- Ability to work from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Must be customer focused
- Must be energetic and motivated
- Ability to follow sanitation rules and procedures
- Effective communication skills in English
- Willingness to serve senior residents with compassion
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to communicate, understand, and follow instructions in English
- Strong time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Perform general housekeeping duties including vacuuming
- Clean bathrooms and kitchens thoroughly
- Dust all surfaces throughout the community
- Follow priorities set by supervisor
- Maintain sanitation in compliance with rules
- Communicate effectively with team and residents
- Assist with other assigned duties as needed
