Job Requirements
- valid business license such as LLC or Inc
- worker's compensation insurance
- general liability insurance and non owned auto insurance
- possession of a federal EIN
- verifiable references
- minimum age of 18
- favorable background investigation results
- cannot be a sole proprietor

Job Duties
- perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks during daytime hours
- ensure client facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained

- communicate effectively with City Wide management and clients
- manage own schedule and work independently as a contractor
- maintain supplies and equipment needed for tasks
- report any facility issues or necessary repairs
