Job Description

Delaware North Sportservice is a renowned hospitality and food service company with a rich history of providing exceptional experiences at some of the most iconic locations in the United States. Established over 100 years ago, Delaware North has built a legacy of operational excellence and guest satisfaction. The company operates a wide range of food and beverage services, including concessions, premium dining, restaurants, and bars at major sports arenas, national parks, casinos, and entertainment venues. One of their notable locations is Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, home of the Green Bay Packers, where they have managed concessions and dining services since 2012. Another popular venue managed by Delaware North is Titletown, which features Homefield Pub + Social, Topgolf Swing Suites, and hosts seasonal community events such as sledding and ice skating. With a focus on people and community, Delaware North fosters an inclusive, welcoming environment, ensuring that every team member feels valued and supported in their career growth and personal development.

This job opportunity is for a seasonal Bartender position at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Bartender will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service by responsibly serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, set within a high-volume environment demanding professionalism, accuracy, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The Bartender must be skilled in mixing drinks following standardized recipes and company portions, handling payment transactions, including cash and credit card sales, and maintaining compliance with all policies related to alcohol service, such as verifying identification when necessary. This position is tipped, meaning the base hourly rate is $12.00 per hour, and earnings can increase substantially through tips, offering financial incentive and reward for excellent service.

The Bartender will also be entrusted with inventory management duties, such as keeping the bar stocked with liquors, beverages, condiments, and other essential supplies to ensure smooth operation during events and busy periods. They will complete sales and inventory reports with accuracy and assist in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. This role requires constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive motions. The physical demands also include the ability to occasionally lift stock up to 35 pounds and the capability to work in an environment with moderate to high noise levels during peak times.

Delaware North places a strong emphasis on its employees' well-being, offering a wide range of benefits even to seasonal and part-time team members. These benefits include weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible work schedules to accommodate various availability needs, and opportunities for training and professional development. Eligible employees may also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition reimbursement for continued education or professional certification. The company is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants regardless of background. If you are someone with a passion for hospitality, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and eager to grow your career at a globally recognized, family-owned company, this Bartender role at Lambeau Field offers a compelling opportunity to join a legacy of excellence and customer-centric service.
