The In-Store Shopper role at Whole Foods Market involves supporting the Prime Now grocery delivery service program, a fast-growing area dedicated to providing record-setting grocery delivery standards to Prime Now customers. As an In-Store Shopper, you will be a crucial part of the Store Support team, responsible for fulfilling customer orders, preparing items for delivery or pickup, and selecting products throughout the store including food and household items. This role requires flexible availability, particularly during weekends which are the busiest times, as well as night and holiday shifts. You will use handheld technology to efficiently and accurately fulfill online orders, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail in the staging area. Additional responsibilities include willingness to assist in different departments such as customer service, cashier, and grocery as needed. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $25.40 depending on experience and provides access to Whole Benefits, which includes a comprehensive package of perks such as paid time off, store discounts, health and wellness programs, and financial support. New hires who complete the initial 90 days successfully may qualify for a base rate increase.
