The Server position at Legends Global is an essential role that focuses on delivering exceptional guest service within the In-Seat environment at Sporting Park events. This role demands a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work cooperatively within a team-oriented and fast-paced setting. Servers are responsible for engaging guests directly, providing personalized and attentive service that aims to surpass hospitality expectations. Responsibilities include serving a variety of food and beverages, including wine and both draft and bottled beers, and supporting other service departments within the venue to ensure seamless service delivery. This includes clearing and cleaning tables, running food orders, and being knowledgeable about all retail, food, and beverage outlets available in the venue.
The position requires flexibility in working extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays during Sporting Park events, emphasizing the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. To succeed in this role, candidates must possess strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task effectively, and physical stamina to perform duties such as lifting items between 10 and 50 pounds and handling tasks requiring constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift and transport items weighing between 10 to 50 pounds
- must be able to work all Sporting Park events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must have two to three years of experience in a fast paced high-end club or restaurant
- ability to read, speak, and write English
- must have sufficient mobility for assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling
- must practice safe work habits and complete required safety training
- ability to interact with co-workers to comply with company service standards
Job Qualifications
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service in the In-Seat environment
- interact with guests to assure satisfaction
- serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments
- clear and clean tables and run food orders
- perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
