This position is seasonal and offers a competitive hourly wage of 21.90 USD. Delaware North values its employees by offering a comprehensive benefits package that supports both personal and professional well-being. Benefits include weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible team members may also access health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement. This range of benefits ensures team members have the support they need to succeed and grow within the company.

Delaware North’s team-oriented culture emphasizes collaboration, respect, and continuous learning. The In Seat Runner role is well-suited for candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, appreciate teamwork, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service. With a focus on operational excellence and guest satisfaction, the company empowers its staff to contribute to a positive game-day atmosphere and memorable guest experiences. Whether you are seeking a stepping stone in hospitality or a vibrant seasonal role in a renowned sports venue, this position presents an unparalleled opportunity to join a respected global company that celebrates diversity and promotes equal employment opportunities.
