Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- must be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Certificate
- must be willing to work hours that vary according to event schedule
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- constant standing, walking, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- able to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year cooking experience in foodservice industry, preferably in premium services, catering, or concessions at sports and entertainment venues
- ability to communicate with coworkers and management
- strong commitment to high level customer and client service
- customer service oriented with ability to interact with all levels of management
- flexibility to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- high level of organization and attention to detail
- ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- ability to maintain positive guest service behavior consistently
- able to make evaluations and decisions without immediate supervision
Job Duties
- maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor always
- timely execution of station requirements to specification of stand manager
- follow recipes and cook them to desired specifications
- apply knowledge of basic knife skills and fryer production techniques
- show willingness to learn
- maintain and abide by county health and sanitation as well as Legends hospitality standards
- multitask in a fast-paced environment
- maintain positive guest relations
- ensure only the highest-quality product is served
- provide efficient service and quality products following management direction
- ensure all equipment is operational and cleaned regularly
- rotate to other service locations when necessary
- perform other related duties as assigned by management
