Job Requirements

  • Must possess a valid alcohol awareness certification eg TIPS ServSafe Alcohol and food handler card prior to being offered the position

Job Qualifications

  • A passion for delivering next-level service with a focus on creating a refined luxury dining experience for each guest in the comfort of their room
  • prior experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is strongly preferred with a strong understanding of the attention to detail and professionalism required to meet Forbes 5-star standards
  • previous in-room dining experience is preferred but a commitment to excellence and an understanding of luxury service are paramount
  • excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests in a warm friendly and professional manner while maintaining an air of refinement and sophistication
  • a keen eye for detail and the ability to create a luxurious atmosphere in the guest room ensuring every aspect of the service is executed flawlessly
  • a proactive attitude anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests with a genuine sense of care
  • strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members while providing outstanding service to guests

Job Duties

  • Delight our guests: bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special
  • prepare for seamless service: set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery
  • take guest orders: assist with order-taking tasks and respond to room service phone calls
  • deliver with care: retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver to guest rooms or meeting rooms
  • process transactions: present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker
  • comply with regulatory standards: maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
