The role available is for a Seasonal In-Room Dining Server, an essential part of the Waldorf Astoria hospitality team. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their meal experience special
  • Prepare for seamless service by setting up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery
  • Take guest orders by assisting with order-taking tasks and responding to room service phone calls
  • Deliver with care by retrieving food and beverage orders and delivering them to guest rooms or meeting rooms
  • Process transactions by presenting checks to guests, collecting payments, and returning signed checks to the order taker
  • Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
