The role of In Room Dining Server at Alila Marea Beach Resort is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality experiences. This position focuses on delivering food and beverage preferences efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that meals reach guests promptly and at the appropriate temperature. In Room Dining Servers are instrumental in creating a personalized and memorable guest experience through intuitive service and engaging yet casual conversation.
Candidates for this position should embody the spirit of the resort—authentic, spontaneous, and service-oriented. The role requires flexibility, with duties that may evolve to support operational needs and enhance service flow, including performing side work and assisting as food runners when necessary. In addition to core in-room dining responsibilities such as taking orders, preparing dining setups, clearing trays, and maintaining a sanitary environment, team members are encouraged to be adaptable and proactive.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year experience as a server in a hotel in-room dining or quality restaurant environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Physical stamina to lift moderate weights
- Excellent communication skills
