As an Overnight In-Room Dining Server at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club, you will play a crucial role in the Room Service Team, ensuring that the late-night dining needs of our guests are met with the highest standards of hospitality and care. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts
- Exceptional communication skills

Job Duties
- Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special
- Prepare for seamless service by setting up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery
- Take guest orders by assisting with order-taking tasks and responding to room service phone calls
- Deliver with care by retrieving food and beverage orders and delivering them to guest rooms or meeting rooms
- Process transactions by presenting checks to guests, collecting payments, and returning signed checks to the order taker
- Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
