Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or some college experience
- Ability to communicate fluently in English verbally and in writing
- Must be TIPS certified or able to attain certification within 30 days of hire
- Must have a current Food Handlers card
- Previous experience in a similar professional hospitality setting preferred
- Availability to work overnight shifts during weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests staying at the resort
- Liaise effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered to guests timely
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
- Safely transport orders to guest rooms, delivering courteously and professionally
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients and allergen information
- Carefully set up trays or carts with ordered items, garnishes, condiments, and utensils
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs
- Speak with others using clear and professional language
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- Thank guests with genuine appreciation
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
