Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous hospitality or food service experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
  • understanding of health and safety regulations
  • punctuality and reliability

Job Duties

  • bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special
  • set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery
  • assist with order-taking tasks and respond to room service phone calls
  • retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver to guest rooms or meeting rooms
  • present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker
  • maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
