Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospitality or food service experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- capability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- understanding of health and safety regulations
- punctuality and reliability

Job Duties
- bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their meal experience special
- set up room service trays and tables in advance for timely order delivery
- assist with order-taking tasks and respond to room service phone calls
- retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver to guest rooms or meeting rooms
- present checks to guests, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker
- maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
