The role of the Guest Service Expert at The Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia extends far beyond basic food service. You will be entrusted with delivering an exceptional guest experience from the moment tables are set, through interactions with the kitchen team, to directly serving and attending to guests. This position requires proactive engagement—whether cleaning workspaces, organizing storage areas, or ensuring seamless coordination between culinary and service operations, you play a critical role in integrating transactions into memorable guest interactions. Safety and professionalism form the cornerstone of this position. You will work in a dynamic environment demanding stamina as you stand, walk on varied and sometimes slippery surfaces, and perform physical tasks such as lifting less than 50 pounds without assistance, stretching, bending, and reaching.
