Job Requirements
- Ability to carry food and beverage trays safely and professionally
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
- assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects weighing more than 50 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or entire work shift
Job Qualifications

- 1-2 years of fine dining experience
- luxury or Forbes experience preferred
- strong attention to detail and ability to listen
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- ability to stay calm under pressure
- ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist in taking order through the phone and in-person as needed
- answer questions on menu selections
- communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen
- pick-up trays and clean tables as needed to ensure cleanliness
- maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas by clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area
- complete closing duties, including restocking items, cleaning as needed
- follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- comply with all federal and state laws, including the FLSA tip regulations regarding tip reporting, sharing, and minimum wage requirements
