Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- hospitality experience preferred
- server experience is a plus
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- must follow company policies and safety standards
- professional appearance and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- less than 1 year related work experience preferred
- experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- no supervisory experience required
Job Duties
- set tables to prepare for guests
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food orders
- interact with and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and supplies
- follow safety protocols and company policies
- manage menu knowledge including reading and verifying information
- handle physical tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying items as needed
