This position is for a Guest Service Expert, a non-management role that plays a vital part in the Food and Beverage & Culinary category at The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland. This full-time role pays $12.88 per hour and is tip eligible, with preferred flexible availability including weekends and holidays. The job involves much more than simply serving food and beverages; it aims to create unique and memorable experiences for guests by offering attentive and thoughtful service that enhances every stage of their visit. Guest Service Experts take the initiative to provide a variety of services designed to ensure a comfortable, seamless, and distinguished dining experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for everything from setting tables and interacting effectively with kitchen staff to engaging positively with guests throughout their visit. You will also maintain cleanliness and organization in work and storage areas, ensuring a safe and professional environment. This physically active job requires standing, walking, and moving around different surfaces, sometimes uneven or slippery, for long periods. Tasks may include lifting or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds, reaching high places, bending, twisting, and extending your arms, all done safely and professionally to uphold the high standards of The Ritz-Carlton.
