Job Duties

  • Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all interactions
  • Answer calls promptly, responding to room service telephones and guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
  • Take orders with care, capturing food and beverage orders and inputting them into the point-of-sale system without errors
  • Master the menu by learning the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials to assist guests confidently
  • Upsell offerings by suggesting and promoting food and beverage items such as sides, desserts, drinks, and special promotions
  • Process payments with accuracy, reconcile checks including verifying totals and gratuity, and handle cash according to accounting guidelines
