Job Duties
- Take room service orders over the phone
- Answer questions on menu selections and check with kitchen staff
- Answer guest questions or concerns regarding wines
- Place and log call back for room service orders
- Notify guests and management of service delays
- Communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs to kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Record transactions in MICROS system
- Complete closing and MICROS reports
- Process all payment methods
- Follow company safety and security policies
- Report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance
- Welcome and acknowledge guests
- Support team to reach common goals
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested
