With a footprint across the world, Four Seasons consistently delivers outstanding experiences to guests, residents, and partners through unwavering dedication to quality, personalized care, and genuine heart. The strength of the company lies in the passionate individuals who aspire to push boundaries and create lasting impressions that enrich both the guests' lives and their own careers.
The Four Seasons Hotel Miami combines the elegance of urban living with the relaxed vibe of a tropical oasis. Positioned in the heart of Brickell, guests are treated to a stunning blend of cityscape and sanctuary, from trendy dining experiences to a sprawling two-acre pool terrace beneath the Miami sun. Guests enjoy stylish accommodations alongside amenities like Equinox Fitness Center & Spa, a multi-million dollar art collection, and the acclaimed EDGE Steak & Bar. This prime location offers access to Miami's vibrant art, dining, and entertainment scenes, making it an ideal place to work and grow.
The opportunity presented is to join Four Seasons Hotel Miami as a Room Service Manager. This leadership role involves selecting, training, evaluating, and motivating the team within the Room Service Department. As a pivotal part of the hotel’s food and beverage operation, the Room Service Manager collaborates closely with senior F&B leaders, including the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Sous Chefs, to design menus and amenities that meet the high standards for quality and value. Beyond daily team management, the role emphasizes strategic long-range planning to ensure that the outlet operates efficiently and upholds Four Seasons’ core values and culture. Regular operational meetings and inter-departmental coordination are integral to sustaining an exceptional guest service experience.
The ideal candidate for this position brings a combination of formal education—preferably a college degree specializing in hotel or restaurant management—and hands-on food and beverage experience in a high-volume upscale environment. Proficiency in industry standards, policies, and procedures is essential, alongside strong knowledge of cost control, labor management, menu development, and product merchandising. The candidate must also exhibit excellent English communication skills and a thorough understanding of food and beverage trends and practices.
Four Seasons offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Employees thrive in an energizing culture that encourages authenticity and inclusivity, supplemented by extensive learning and development programs tailored to help individuals refine their skills. The company also hosts diverse employee engagement events throughout the year, alongside exclusive travel and discount programs across Four Seasons properties worldwide.
Joining Four Seasons Hotel Miami means becoming part of a prestigious brand that prides itself not only on delivering superior guest experiences but also on fostering a world-class employee experience. The company values diversity and invites minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities to apply and grow their careers in hospitality management. US work authorization is required for this position. This is a unique chance to lead within a globally respected luxury hotel environment and contribute to crafting unforgettable guest moments while advancing your professional journey in the hospitality industry.
