This philosophy shapes our culture and drives every aspect of our operations, making Four Seasons not just a hotel group, but a global community committed to excellence and human connection.

This specific opportunity is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, a distinguished non-gaming and non-smoking oasis located on the iconic Las Vegas Strip. Situated adjacent to Mandalay Resort & Casino, this five-star property offers guests an exceptional blend of tranquility and the vibrant energy of one of the world's premier entertainment hotspots. The hotel holds a prestigious AAA Five Diamond rating and features a Forbes Five-Star Spa, creating an atmosphere where luxury and relaxation meet seamlessly.

The In-Room Dining Manager role at Four Seasons Las Vegas is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the Room Service and Private Bar departments. This individual will ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service quality, efficiency, and consistency within the hotel’s guest rooms and suites. The manager must expertly balance operational excellence with outstanding guest service, maintaining par stock levels, controlling costs, and managing inventory for both departments.

Key responsibilities also include recruiting, training, supervising, and if necessary, disciplining the in-room dining team to uphold the brand's standards. This role demands a professional with solid Food and Beverage experience, strong leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of guest service protocols, cost and labor control, merchandising, and financial accounting.

Candidates should possess one to two years of relevant supervisory experience, with a college degree preferred but not mandatory. Four Seasons values diversity and is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer, actively encouraging minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities to apply. This manager position offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic, luxury environment that blends the calm of a resort with the excitement of Las Vegas, supported by a company culture that genuinely cares about its people and communities.
