Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • availability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • successful completion of background and drug screening as required
  • ability to perform physical tasks including reaching overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
  • strong sales and customer service skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • motivated and proactive work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
  • ability to engage effectively with guests both in person and by phone
  • concierge or sales experience preferred
  • strong motivation to achieve sales goals
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
  • provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
  • ensures all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
  • uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
  • welcomes and greets guests, anticipating and addressing their needs
  • interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • contributes to team goals
  • always follows company policies and safety procedures
