This role is for the position of In House Vacation Sales Concierge, an integral team member who helps provide owners and guests with memorable vacation experiences. This position plays a key role in scheduling and conducting sales presentations, managing customer expectations, and ensuring the highest level of service to meet or exceed sales goals. The In House Vacation Sales Concierge acts as a brand ambassador who uses persuasive yet guest-focused techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. This role also involves welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating their needs, and working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain company standards and safety procedures.

An ideal candidate for this role is highly motivated and possesses experience in sales or customer service, with a preference for concierge or sales-related experience. The ability to interact with guests both in person and by phone is essential, as is availability for various shifts, including holidays and weekends. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • availability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • successful completion of background and drug screening as required
  • ability to perform physical tasks including reaching overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
  • strong sales and customer service skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • motivated and proactive work ethic
