Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred
- availability to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- successful completion of background and drug screening as required
- ability to perform physical tasks including reaching overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
- strong sales and customer service skills
- excellent communication skills
- motivated and proactive work ethic

Job Duties
- Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
- provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- ensures all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
- uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
- welcomes and greets guests, anticipating and addressing their needs
- interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- contributes to team goals
- always follows company policies and safety procedures
