Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
Must pass background and drug screenings as per state and local laws
Physical ability to perform job-related tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
Strong commitment to customer service and sales excellence

Job Qualifications

Sales or customer service experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues
Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
Preferably experience in concierge or sales
Ability to handle physical aspects of the job such as bending and standing for long periods

Job Duties

Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations
Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
Ensure all Owners and guests attending sales presentations meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services
Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
Welcome and greet guests and anticipate their needs
Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
Contribute to team goals and always follow company policies and safety procedures
