As a Coordinator Marketing In House at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the vacation experience for owners and guests by assisting in the organization and execution of events and sales presentations designed to create memorable moments. In this position, your responsibilities will revolve around coordinating and scheduling sales presentations while managing customer expectations to ensure a smooth and engaging experience. You will be expected to provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentation goals and volume production targets. A significant part of your job will involve ensuring that all owners and guests attending sales presentations meet eligibility criteria and are open to learning more about the products and services offered. Using persuasive sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty will be key to your success.

Ideal candidates for the Coordinator Marketing In House role are highly motivated individuals with prior sales or customer service experience who enjoy engaging with guests face-to-face or by phone. Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends, is essential. Preference is given to those with concierge or sales experience. The position may require successful completion of background and drug screenings in line with state and local requirements. Physical capabilities such as reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods are also necessary.
