Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Concierge or sales experience preferred
- Successful completion of background and drug screening as required by company policy
- Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
- Valid operation of company vehicles such as golf carts may be required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Experience in concierge or sales preferred
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues
- Motivated and goal-oriented personality
Job Duties
- Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
- Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- Ensures that all Owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about Marriott Vacation Club products and services
- Uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Marriott
- Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
- Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contributes to team goals
- Always follows company policies and safety procedures
