The role of In-House Project Manager, Design Development at Zeta is a critical position that blends expertise in architecture, engineering, or project management with a passion for advancing educational environments. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, with compensation reflective of experience and internal equity. Eligible candidates are considered for an annual discretionary merit-based performance bonus. The position demands a Master's degree in a related field such as architecture, engineering, or project management, and requires at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in these disciplines. The successful candidate will bring strong fluency in architectural and construction design processes and excel in coordinating with external designers, consultants, and vendors to realize projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with Zeta's high standards of safety and excellence.

This role requires advanced project management capabilities, including proficiency with platforms like Smartsheet, Procore, or MS Project to ensure organizational clarity, visibility, and accountability. The In-House Project Manager must be adept at quickly assessing project priorities and risks at any stage, innovatively balancing big-picture strategic planning with hands-on execution. The position emphasizes a proactive, solutions-driven mindset and flexibility to work within a lean startup team environment, often wearing multiple hats and supporting colleagues across different projects.
