The role on offer is for a coordinator responsible for direct, face-to-face marketing interactions primarily at resort check-in areas. This position centers around delivering concierge-like service to guests while engaging them in member services updates and workshops. The coordinator plays a pivotal role in motivating guests to participate, sometimes incentivizing them with gifts, and coordinating closely with resort staff to manage guest arrivals and schedules. This position not only demands exceptional interpersonal skills but also requires proficiency in general computer and smart device use, communication ability, and a team-oriented mindset within a shared workspace.
