This role involves direct, face-to-face marketing with guests as they check into the company’s resorts. The position requires providing concierge-like service to all guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and helpful assistance. The coordinator will incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and attend workshops, often offering gifts as part of the engagement process. Key responsibilities include partnering with resort staff to receive arrival lists of guests checking in during the shift, which helps in planning and executing effective guest interactions.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred but not required
  • Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
  • Maintain production standards
