We are currently seeking a Coordinator Marketing In House to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in facilitating enhanced guest experiences by providing Owners and guests with carefully curated events and experiences that elevate their vacation stays. The Coordinator Marketing In House plays an integral role in scheduling and managing sales presentations, ensuring that guests meet eligibility requirements, and maximizing revenue through effective and persuasive communication. This position not only requires exceptional customer service skills but also demands a high level of enthusiasm for working closely with guests to create memorable and enjoyable vacation experiences.
In addition to the exciting and meaningful work, this role offers an hourly wage of $20.00 with uncapped earning potential through wages, monthly incentives, annual bonuses, and contests. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Successful completion of background and drug screening as required
- Physical ability to reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and stand or walk for extended periods
- Must follow company policies and safety standards

Job Duties
- Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations
- Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- Ensure all Owners and guests attending sales presentations meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services
- Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs
- Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
