The In-House Marketing Coordinator role is a full-time position based in Anaheim, California, within the vibrant Anaheim Resort area. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the guest experience by engaging with prospective and current owners at the resort. The coordinator functions as a critical brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co., representing the company's values professionally and positively. They work closely with the resort staff to receive arrival data and actively interact with guests, inviting and encouraging them to attend sales presentations that showcase the company’s offerings.

Job Duties

  • Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co
  • Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in
  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend sales-preview tours
  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
  • Attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings
  • Keep current on marketing information, industry trends, and set performance goals
