The In-House Marketing Coordinator position is a full-time role based at 250 N Arlington Road, Reno, Nevada. This role focuses on in-person marketing efforts aimed at prospective and current owners within the company’s resorts. The coordinator’s primary responsibility is to schedule guests to meet with a representative for a sales presentation, effectively greeting, presenting, and incentivizing prospective customers. Operating within company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements, the coordinator will help meet and maintain performance goals, ensuring a consistent and professional customer engagement.
This position requires a hands-on approach to marketing with frequent interaction with guests, requiring excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. The coordinator is also expected to attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings to stay current on marketing strategies, company updates, and industry trends. Regular goal setting and performance reviews are integral to the role, supporting continual growth and success in this dynamic environment. Travel for this role is limited to the home site area, emphasizing a focused and localized marketing effort.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred but not required
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices
- No travel outside of the home site area
