Job Description

Travel + Leisure Co. is a leading global vacation ownership and travel membership company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Known for its dynamic and expanding portfolio encompassing resort, travel club, and lifestyle travel brands, the company is dedicated to delivering exceptional vacation experiences to millions of travelers worldwide. Travel + Leisure Co. fosters a culture of innovation, growth, and continuous learning, ensuring that every day brings new opportunities to create memorable vacation moments. As a full-time employer based in a central Nashville location, the company offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment focused on hospitality and teamwork.

The In House Marketing Coordinator position plays a pivotal role in the company’s ongoing mission to put the world on vacation. This role is primarily focused on in-person marketing efforts within the company’s resort properties, engaging with prospective and current owners as they check in. The Marketing Coordinator’s main responsibility is to schedule guests for sales presentation tours, showcasing the unique benefits and offerings of the company’s vacation ownership opportunities. Acting as a positive and professional brand ambassador, the coordinator works closely with resort staff to receive guest arrival sheets and proactively greet, present, and motivate customers to participate in sales-preview tours.

The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and proficiency with general computer and smart device technology including MS Excel and MS Word. While sales and marketing experience is preferred, it is not strictly required, making this an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a dynamic hospitality setting. The position is based onsite and does not require travel beyond the home location.

Key responsibilities include screening and qualifying potential customers according to company guidelines, managing sales-tour reservations and deposit collections, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. Training and ongoing development are integral components of the role, with coordinators expected to attend scheduled sessions, department meetings, and stay current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends. Performance goals are set and reviewed regularly to promote continuous improvement and success.

Travel + Leisure Co. is committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports associates’ health and well-being, including medical, dental, vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, life and accident coverage, disability insurance, and participation in 401k with employer match. The company also offers paid time off, parental leave, holidays, volunteer paid days, legal and identity theft protection plans, voluntary income protection benefits, wellness programs, and employee assistance programs. This supportive and inclusive environment encourages associates to excel in their roles and contribute meaningfully to a company that values diversity and hospitality.

Joining Travel + Leisure Co. means becoming part of a global team where memories truly start with you. The company fosters a welcoming and collaborative workplace where employees are celebrated and empowered to thrive. It is an equal opportunity employer committed to accommodating applicants and employees to ensure everyone has the chance to succeed. The In House Marketing Coordinator position is a chance to build a rewarding career within a leading company that inspires travel and lifelong experiences.
