As a full-time In House Marketing Concierge based in Nashville, Tennessee, this role is central to the company’s mission to enhance guest experiences at their resorts. The position requires a dynamic individual capable of delivering direct, face-to-face marketing and concierge-style service to guests as they check into resorts. This role plays a critical part in partnering with resort staff and member services to encourage guest participation in owner updates and workshops, thereby supporting the company’s goal of increasing member engagement and satisfaction.

The In House Marketing Concierge acts as a pivotal liaison, combining sales acumen with hospitality skills to ensure guests receive personalized attention and incentives, such as gifts during owner updates. The ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain effective communication channels is essential in this fast-paced, high-energy environment. Reporting to the marketing team, the concierge provides detailed information about arrivals and schedules meetings to maximize participation and enhance the resort visit experience.

This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of sales or marketing experience, although experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency with general computer skills and smart devices is necessary along with strong verbal and written communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree being preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Direct, face-to-face marketing with guests checking into our resorts
  • Provide concierge-like service to all guests
  • Incentivize and schedule guests to meet with member services to discuss their owner update and workshop
  • Offer gifts to guests for participating in the update
  • Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in during their shift
