The In-House Marketing Assistant Manager role is a full-time position that is integral to supporting Travel + Leisure Co.'s marketing operations. Typically starting with a salary around $43,888 annually plus commissions and bonuses, the role involves assisting the In-House Marketing Manager by overseeing daily operations and enhancing the productivity of the marketing team. This position requires someone who is capable of supervising staff, coordinating marketing efforts with sales management, and maintaining rigorous standards of marketing penetration across the site. The Assistant Manager will also handle various reporting duties essential to tracking performance and supporting data-driven decision making within the department.

The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of marketing experience within the vacation ownership industry, a strong ability to multi-task, and effective negotiation skills. This role also demands meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with marketing databases and company systems such as Mainframe, Focus, and CRS. Beyond the technical skills, candidates need to be adept at problem-solving and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal standards.

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; flexible spending accounts; life and accident coverage; disability benefits; paid time off; parental leave; and holidays. Employees also enjoy additional perks such as a paid day to volunteer, a 401k plan with employer match, legal and identity theft protection, wellness programs, and an Employee Assistance Program. This robust benefits suite underscores Travel + Leisure Co.'s commitment to supporting its employees' professional and personal well-being.

Joining Travel + Leisure Co. means becoming part of a diverse and inclusive team where hospitality is at the core of every action. It is an environment that promotes celebration, mutual support, and forward-thinking initiatives aimed at enhancing both the business and the communities it serves.
