Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years sales management experience
- Minimum of 2 years sales management experience in a vacation ownership environment
- Passion for the industry, leads by example
- Must have a customer centered focus, a positive demeanor and a strong sense of integrity
- Must possess high work ethic standard and embrace change
- Possess a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Prior experience with mini-vacation programs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid and current Timeshare License
- Ability to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Job Duties
- Deliver results by meeting targeted sales goals
- Optimize the budget, staffing, and cultivate personal development
- Collaborate with onsite marketing and support Resort Operations leaders on site specific and regional teams
- Coordinate training systems, schedules, and sessions with regional and national Sales trainers
- Build a collaborative environment with all departments
- Direct and coordinate the Resort sales operations
- Supervise the planning, organization, and coordination of all sales meetings
- Lead and motivate through mutual respect and operational excellence
- Conduct other duties as requested by management that the team member is capable of performing
