This particular role is for a Full-time Physician with Signify Health, a division of CVS Health that provides in-home health evaluations. The position focuses on delivering comprehensive health assessments to patients in the comfort of their own homes, bridging critical gaps in care. It involves traveling up to 100% within a defined coverage area, potentially requiring overnight stays, car rentals, or flights.
