As a Home and Community Based Services Aide at Mederi Private Care, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. This role is perfect for compassionate caregivers who enjoy providing personal care and assistance with everyday activities. The responsibilities include helping clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and medication reminders to ensure their safety and well-being. In addition to personal care, you will assist with household duties such as meal preparation and accompany clients to appointments or errands when needed.

Your attentiveness to client conditions, including monitoring vital signs and documenting changes or incidents, will contribute to continual care quality and safety. Mederi Private Care values confidentiality and uses electronic visit verification (EVV) systems to maintain accurate records and compliance.
