Job Requirements
- No previous experience necessary
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a car
- Ability to perform basic caregiving tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends
- Ability to travel throughout Pittsburgh and surrounding communities
- Must pass background checks and comply with company policies
- Physical ability to assist seniors with mobility and daily tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to build trusting relationships with seniors
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive and access to a car
Job Duties
- Provide one-on-one care
- Develop friendly relationships with seniors and their families
- Help seniors with daily living tasks
- Provide occasional transportation to the grocery store, errands, and doctor appointments
- Maintain punctuality and reliability
- Ensure the safety and comfort of clients
- Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors
