The role available at REM Community Services is a part-time Caregiver position tailored for male candidates. This role is integral to supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives. The position offers a pay rate of $16 per hour, with work hours scheduled on Thursday and Friday from 2 PM to 10 PM, as well as every other Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 10 PM. This caregiving role involves assisting people with their personal hygiene, behavioral challenges, and other complex needs, requiring compassion, patience, and dedication. Caregivers are expected to help participants engage in community activities, develop skills related to budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and overall personal growth.
