SCHAS caregivers also play a critical role in supporting clients' mobility and safety, providing transportation to appointments when assigned, and observing and reporting any changes in client conditions to ensure timely and appropriate care. The position requires dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license, as many care visits take place throughout a broad service area in East Tennessee. With a competitive pay range of $15.00 to $18.00 per hour and benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions, SCHAS provides a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
