- ability to pass National Criminal Background Check
- ability to pass Colorado Adult Protective Services Check
- ability to pass DMV check
- ability to pass drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous caregiving experience beneficial
- willingness to complete paid orientation and ongoing training
- effective communication skills
- ability to build compassionate relationships with seniors
- knowledge of safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Provide companionship, perform light housekeeping, prepare meals
- remind clients to take medications, run errands, provide transportation to appointments
- assist with activities of daily living including personal care and hygiene
- deliver specialized Alzheimer’s and dementia care
- maintain accurate client records
- communicate effectively with clients and family members
- adhere to care plans and safety protocols
