Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- caregiving experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends
- strong attendance and communication
- comfortable working independently
- ability to pass background checks and onboarding processes

- capability to meet onboarding requirements and pass background checks
Job Duties
- Provide companion care and conversation
- assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- support safe mobility and fall prevention, including transfers and walking support
- prepare meals, provide hydration reminders, and perform light housekeeping related to client care
- remind clients to take medication as permitted by care plan
- transport clients to appointments or errands when assigned
- observe changes in client condition and communicate updates to care team
- maintain basic documentation and consistently follow care plans
