Serving communities such as Ft. Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Windsor, Firestone, Estes Park, and surrounding areas, Home Instead prides itself on its compassionate approach and dedication to improving the quality of life for seniors who require assistance with daily living. The company emphasizes personalized care plans that connect clients with caregivers near their location to ensure convenience and continuity of care. The organization offers a robust support system featuring 24/7 assistance for caregiving positions, reliable training programs, and a workplace culture that values financial stability and flexible schedules for its employees.

We are currently seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team in Larimer and Weld Counties, providing vital companionship and support to seniors. The role offers competitive wages ranging from $18 to $20 per hour and is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in their community while enjoying flexibility in their work schedule. At Home Instead, caregivers receive thorough paid orientation, ongoing education, personal care training, and comprehensive support to excel in their roles. We also recognize the importance of work-life balance and offer compensation for travel time, incentivized pay, and the opportunity for career advancement within the senior care industry.
