We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Team Leader to join our warehouse operations team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for motivating staff and ensuring that day-to-day warehouse activities are executed accurately and within set time frames. The Team Leader will manage product ordering, coordinate the picking and loading of products for our route trucks, and oversee the inventory management process. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment that requires physical stamina, including lifting, bending, and walking. Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management is essential, and previous management experience within warehouse or retail food service settings is preferred. As a team-oriented leader, you will utilize software tools to maximize operational efficiency and accuracy, provide ongoing feedback for team development, and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines, especially concerning the handling and storage of cold food products.

This leadership opportunity also involves overseeing facility cleanliness and safety, including maintaining parking lots, warehouse floors, and dock areas.
