Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a food service environment preferred
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- ability to perform mathematical operations quickly and accurately
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to make correct monetary change
- ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen
- dependable transportation to and from work
- able to maintain professional appearance

Job Duties
- assist the general manager in coordinating team tasks

- manage day-to-day operations including cost controls, inventory control, and cash control

- develop managers by mentoring and setting an example
- enforce store policies and procedures
- actively encourage and recruit team members
- manage staffing, paperwork, and food quality
- promote professional appearance and store cleanliness
- provide great customer service and service recovery
- adhere to attendance and punctuality standards
- support marketing efforts
