The role of Independent Living Dining Server at Aberdeen Ridge is crucial to maintaining the high standards of dining and service experienced by residents. This part-time position offers a starting pay of $15.50 per hour, depending on experience, and provides an excellent benefits package that includes health care, dental, and vision insurance, scholarships, retirement plans, and more. The Dining Server is responsible for supporting all dining service functions within the Independent Living area of the community. This includes assisting residents during meal times and working diligently to ensure every dining experience is exceptional. Servers model person-centered care by prioritizing the resident’s needs and fostering a warm and home-like atmosphere during meals.
