Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant supervision or management preferred
- ability to work 2nd and 3rd shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- willingness to undergo background check
- ability to motivate and train team members
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry preferred

- knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and service standards
- ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently and professionally
- supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- foster a positive and productive work environment
- help achieve sales targets and maintain profitability
- maintain accurate records of employee performance, inventory, and sales reports, providing recommendations for improvements when necessary
- assist in monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing food costs, ensuring adequate levels of food, paper, kitchen, safety, janitorial, uniform, linen, and other miscellaneous supplies for the shift
- handle finances and make a daily run to the bank when needed
