In this role, you will be the friendly face that guests see first, greeting them promptly, cheerfully, and courteously with a genuine smile. You will be responsible for managing reservations, seating guests efficiently while accommodating special needs, and maintaining a comfortable and organized waiting area. Your ability to communicate effectively and multitask will ensure that guests feel welcome and well cared for from the moment they step through our doors. Your responsibilities will extend beyond greeting guests to include managing the online waitlist system, answering phone calls courteously, taking and packaging to-go orders, including delivery to vehicles when necessary, and assisting the serving staff as needed. This may involve serving food and drinks or helping to clean tables to maintain a clean and pleasant dining space. The role requires you to be physically active, standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and using fine motor skills for daily tasks. Ideal candidates will arrive on time, be well-groomed, and wear a clean uniform ready to represent our brand professionally.

- Opening the door for guest arriving and departing
- accommodating any special needs of guests, i.e., boosters, highchairs, disabilities
- answering the phone
- managing an online wait list
- taking, entering and packaging to-go orders, including delivering to vehicle as needed
- providing guest assistance to servers as needed, serving food and drinks, cleaning tables
