The role goes beyond simply greeting guests; it includes opening doors to enhance the sense of hospitality, accommodating special needs such as providing highchairs, boosters, or assistance for guests with disabilities, and managing an online waitlist efficiently to minimize wait times and improve guest satisfaction. The job also involves answering phone calls professionally, taking and processing to-go orders, and delivering them to vehicles upon request to provide a seamless and convenient service. You will assist servers by serving food and drinks when needed, as well as helping with cleaning tables to maintain a tidy and inviting space.

The Host/Hostess position requires strong communication skills, physical stamina to stand for extended periods of up to eight hours, and basic physical capabilities such as lifting light weights between 5 to 15 pounds, and performing motions involving pushing, pulling, stretching, and the continuous use of fingers and wrists. Punctuality, appropriate grooming, and maintenance of a clean uniform reflect the professional standards we expect from every team member.
